Please allow 3.5 business days for items to be shipped. Orders placed after 3 PM EST are processed the following day.
Internation orders, due to customs regulations, allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We print all of our clothes ourselves. We do not always keep stock of every item and some are printed to order. We are a small business, and only two of us run the entire operation. Everything is professionally screen printed by hand, by us. Sometimes this can take a little bit of time especially if we are on the road. If you have any specific needs on time frame please contact us. If an item sells out and is not discontinued we will reprint. Sometimes this happens unexpectedly so our best efforts will be made to reprint and ship as soon as possible. Due to our convention travel schedule sometimes an item may sell out while we are on the road. We will ship the item(s) when we return home. Typically this is only a couple extra business days but in most extreme circumstances could be up to two weeks. COVID-19 Update: We appreciate your orders and business in these trying times, thank you all so much! Due to the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic and are inability to travel to conventions and festivals we are not keeping full stock of many items. Because of this many items are printed to order. This can sometimes take longer than expected as we have to order and receive clothing blanks to print. We are not responsible for any carrier delays in receiving these items and we will get them out as quickly as possible. Please note we are not accepting order cancellations even if items are delayed in shipment. Deliveries are being delayed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and that may have an impact on how quickly we can get items out to everyone. We apologize in advance if anything is delayed but please note this is out of our control and we will not be issuing any refunds or cancelling orders. Most orders have been going out with no issues, but just in case there is a delay please note this.
We do not issue refunds. Store credit only! If you wish to exchange an item, the buyer pays return and reshipping of the new item.
Absolutely no returns/exchanges on any of our custom shop items. Custom shop items are hand made per order. Due to this and the nature of hand stitching, printing, and additional decor, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment.
